NOJHF CONCESSIONS REHIRE PORTAL

Welcome to the Concessions Rehire Web Portal.  Within this online system, you will be able to change your pin, update your profile, post your availability, view documents and messages, view schedules and communicate with the concessions department.

If you worked for the concessions department in 2013 and would like to work again this year, please follow the steps below.

1)  Access the Employee Self Service System: (See Instructions Below)

2)  Change Your PIN

3)  Update Your Profile

4)  Post Your Availability

5)  View PDF Documents

6)  Return Filled Out & Signed PDF Documents

7)  Contact My Scheduler

8)  Logout

Access The Employee Self Service System

Step1  Click https://ess.abimm.com          

           The Venue Menu Screen will appear.

Step2  Enter the Venue ID. (The Venue ID is NOJHF)

            The Login Page will appear.

Step3  Enter the User ID. (The User ID is your lastname and the last 4 digits of your SSN)

Step4   Enter Your PIN. (Your default PIN is 12345)

Step5   Click <LOG IN>

             The Main Menu will appear.

If this is your first time accessing the system, you should change your default pin number to something that is familiar to you. 

Change Pin

Step1 Go to the Navigation Box and click <Change PIn>

           The Change Pin Screen will appear.

Step2  Enter your OLD PIN. (The default password is 12345)

Step3  Enter your NEW PIN.

Step4  Confirm your NEW PIN.

Step5  Click <Submit>

            The Main Menu will appear.

Update My Profile

Step1 Go to the Navigation Box and click <Update My Profile>

          The Update My Profile Screen will appear.

Step2 Add, Change or Delete Information.

Step3 Click <Submit Changes>.

           The Main Menu will appear.

Post Your Availability

Step1 Go to the Navigation Box and click <Availability By Event>

           The Availability By Event Screen will appear.

Step2  Go to the Calendar and click the right arrow until the calendar changes to April.

Step3  Select the Days and Times you are available to work the 1st weekend.

Step4  Go to the Calendar and click the right arrow until the calendar changes to May.

Step5  Select the Days and Times you are available to work the 2nd weekend.

Step6  Click <Submit Selections>

            The Main Menu will appear.

View PDF Documents

Step1  Go to the Navigation Box and click <View My PDF's>

Step2  Go to PDF files and click <Rehire-Forms.PDF>.

Step3  Fill out and save the forms.

Step4  Email the forms to concessionsjobs@nojazzfest.com

Step5 Click <Back to Menu>

           The Main Menu will appear.

View My Schedule

Step1  Go to the Navigation Box and click <View My Schedule>

            The View My Schedule Screen will appear.

            (You can view your schedule in a list or calendar format.)

Step2  Click the right arrow to see your schedule for the event in April & May.

Step3  After you have viewed your schedule, click <Back To Menu>

            The Main Menu will appear.

Contact My Scheduler

Step1  Go to the Navigation Box and click <Contact My Scheduler>

            The Contact My Scheduler Screen will appear.

Step2  Enter your message in the message area.

Step3  Click <Send Message>

            The Main Menu will appear.

Logout

Step1  Go to the Navigation Box and click <Logout>

            The Logout page will appear with a logout confirmation message.
